I have enjoyed lurking here and seeing everyone elses work so I thought that I would share some of my own. This is a D that I just got ready for finish. It is a sitka and indian rosewood guitar. The fingerboard and bridge are ebony and the neck is two piece mahogany.






The next pics are of my next build. It will be an OM out of Brazilian Rosewood and european spruce. I am really excited about this one. Thanks for looking and for all that I have learned from reading your posts.

Thanks for all of the nice comments. The only thing I don't like on the guitar is the inlay on the headstock. I have way too much filler around the inlayed abalone. The cool thing about the inlay is that I took it all the way from a complete shell to an inlay which was a neat process.
This is not my first guitar. I have been building for some time now. I went to Roberto-Venn and then got a job with a small guitar building shop where I worked for almost four years. Five months ago I went out on my own to build my own brand of guitars. This is number five, after setting up my own shop. The cool thing about this forum is that I learn something new everyday, from a new way to make x-brace joints to many other things.

The rossette is made from purfling strips I bought from Karin Rost in Deutschland. They are bordered by BWB strips.

Good job on the guitar, the maple binding looks very neat and tight. Looking forward to seeing more of your work and your input.
